To me what separates James from other therapists I have worked with is the knowledge base and his focus on injury prevention. Powerlifting carries tons of risk for injuries and I am glad James can help me continue on my hobby without suffering from debilitating injuries. The exercises he gave me to do after our sessions helped me a ton in strengthening stabilizers that translated to extra pounds on the rack. I work with him about once a month and he's been great at pin-pointing what I need to feel better and perform better. Highly recommended.
