LU STRENGTH & THERAPY

Lu Strength & Therapy is a multi-disciplinary clinic and strength facility that focuses on a proactive approach in helping people achieve optimal movement and perform pain-free through a combination of hands-on manual therapy, movement exercises and education.

Our team consists of qualified healthcare practitioners with an extensive strength and conditioning background and knowledge to efficiently help you get back on track. We are thoroughly experienced in pain, injuries, and/or restrictions that may be hindering your day-to-day activities which are also affecting your quality of life. Our goal is to help you move pain-free, preventing injuries and becoming the strongest version of yourself.

Our process begins with a personalized assessment, and depending on your goals and needs, we may use a combination of manual therapy techniques and/or corrective exercises to further help cement the results. We are strong believers in client education and that more than half the results come from providing clients with the correct information. We provide clients with the proper guidance and tools to fix themselves by following through with home care exercises.

Soft Tissue Therapy focuses on the maintaining and/or rehabilitating of the body’s soft tissue for optimal performance in any sport or activity. Techniques such as myofascial release, joint mobilizations and deep tissue massage are all utilized in a treatment for the most results and is recommended for people with chronic muscle tightness.
