James Lu is a Registered Massage Therapist and Olympic Weightlifting Coach. His vision is to provide a facility for individuals to help them reach their fitness and therapy goals through exercise and rehabilitation.

Being in the fitness industry for over 10 years, he has developed an extensive amount of knowledge and experience through numerous clients, mentorships and continuing education. He has worked with a wide variety of different fitness levels from helping clients perform better at specific sports, to rehabilitating musculoskeletal disorders. His specialties include corrective exercise, injury prevention and sport performance training.

Aside from the fitness industry, he has devoted the past 8 years extensively rehabilitating chronic pain/injuries and systemic conditions. Merging eastern and western medicine collaboratively has allowed him to develop a unique approach of integrating strength & conditioning, manual therapy and corrective exercise into his treatment plans for maximal results.

He is also a strong believer in client education and that more than half of the results com from educating the client with the proper information.

James Lu is a Registered Massage Therapist and Olympic Weightlifting Coach that works closely with athletes to help them reach their full potential.

This is done through his unique combination of fitness, therapy and movement based exercises. He is a firm believer on proper technique and form and preaches that a well balanced exercise program is the key to success and longevity.

Sports Massage Therapy

Sports Massage Therapy focuses on the maintaining and/or rehabilitating of the body’s soft tissue for optimal performance in any sport or activity. Techniques such as myofascial release, joint mobilizations and deep tissue massage are all utilized in a treatment for the most results and is recommended for people with chronic muscle tightness.
