Myofascial Release:  is a technique that helps attend to groups of muscles and nerves that become trapped under adhered connective tissue. Fascias are layered bands of fibrous connective tissues. They surround and wrap organs, muscles and bones. Fascia could be affected by stress (often repetitive), trauma, postural imbalance and inflammation creating restrictions and adhesions referred to as snags.

Corrective Exercise:  is a technique that utilizes an understanding of biomechanics, anatomy and kinesiology to fix and address common movement compensations and imbalances to improve the overall quality of movement during workouts and in everyday life.
