What is the Lu Strength & Performance Program?
The Lu Strength & Performance Program is a blend of strength training, conditioning and mobility work. It is ideal for all recreational fitness enthusiasts and/or athletes that have a basic understanding of weightlifting.
It is designed to help improve your overall strength and power, endurance and mobility/flexibility. Working on these different elements of fitness will help reduce the likeliness of developing pains and injuries and promote longevity in your life and sport.

The Lu Strength & Performance Program is ideal for anybody wanting to improve their overall functional strength, conditioning and promote longevity and quality of life.
Our programs all include a proper warm up, mobility drills and activation exercises, followed by a structured strength and conditioning program that is periodized as the weeks and months go on.

HOW THIS PROGRAM WORKS
The Lu Strength & Performance Program consists of a series of different strength and conditioning programs that are cycled throughout the months.
Depending on your fitness goals, restrictions and/or limitations, programs can vary anywhere between 2 to 4 days a week. These workouts range anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes.
