The Lu Strength & Performance Program offers a comprehensive approach to fitness, combining strength training, conditioning, and mobility work. This program is well-suited for recreational fitness enthusiasts and athletes who possess a fundamental understanding of weightlifting techniques.

The Lu Strength & Performance Program is strategically designed to enhance multiple aspects of fitness, such as strength, power, endurance, and mobility/flexibility. By incorporating these diverse elements into your training regimen, you can reduce the likelihood of developing injuries, improve your overall physical health, and enhance your longevity in your chosen sport or fitness pursuits.

Benefits of the Lu Strength & Performance Program

Build Overall Strength and Power: Our programs are tailored to suit the needs of both recreational fitness enthusiasts and competitive athletes, aiming to cultivate functional strength that can be readily applied to everyday activities or specific sports.

Improve your Mobility and Flexibility: Each workout in our program includes a thorough warm-up that incorporates activation and mobility drills. This approach not only enhances your movement capacity but also reduces the risk of injury while allowing for an optimal training session.

Promote Longevity and Quality of Life: Poor exercise selection and programming can result in injury and minimal progress in your fitness journey. That’s why our programs are crafted by strength coaches who are also healthcare practitioners, with a deep understanding of your body’s unique biomechanics and requirements.

I’ve been seeing James for a couple months now and I haven’t been disappointed once. I injured my lower back during deadlifts a few months ago and with manual therapy and some prescribed exercises, the nagging pain I experienced went away. He also continues to check up on my progress to ensure that training is going smoothly!

I was having difficulty with the butt wink on the bottom of a squat, which caused pain in my lower back after squatting. After James had worked on my hamstrings and calves, I noticed an immediate difference in terms of my posture and had completely fixed my butt wink in the bottom of a squat.

As I increased my intensity and volume during my workouts, I started noticing my posture and muscles tightening up throughout my entire body. Deep tissue massage along with corrective exercises has really helped with my muscle tightness and target those deep knots that I couldn’t touch on my back with a foam roller and lacrosse ball.
