Description
Lower back pain is one of the most common complaints in a clinical setting. While there may be different causes of lower back pain and/or dysfunction, it is important to address the root cause of the issue and not the symptoms that arise.
Restoring balance in the musculature and soft tissue of the lower back and pelvis is crucial when it comes to bulletproofing the lower back. This program includes corrective exercises and stretches that are periodized over the course of 6 weeks to help strengthen the lower back for pain relief, preventing flare ups from reoccurring and most importantly, longevity and quality of life.

- 6 Week Online Rehab Program
- Three phases of rehab with each phase lasting two weeks with only three workouts a week
- Workouts that are approximately 10 ~ 15 minutes
