When it comes to Olympic Weightlifting, proper warm up of the muscles and joints prior to a competition is crucial. James has addressed my flexibility and mobility issues during the warm up in competition which had led me to a safe and successful Olympic Weightlifting competition.

I was having difficulty with the butt wink on the bottom of a squat, which caused pain in my lower back after squatting. After James had worked on my hamstrings and calves, I noticed an immediate difference in terms of my posture and had completely fixed my butt wink in the bottom of a squat.

As I increased my intensity and volume during my workouts, I started noticing my posture and muscles tightening up throughout my entire body. Deep tissue massage has really helped with my muscle tightness and target those deep knots that I couldn’t touch on my back with a foam roller and lacrosse ball.
