After seeing a few other therapists for an injury I had for months, with no improvement, James was able to help me relieve pain and recover quickly. His knowledge and education allows him to assess and proceed with the best method of treatment for your specific needs. He is great about following up and suggesting exercises or stretches to work on!

If I were to describe Jamaes in one word it would be, knowledgeable. He’s literally a one stop shop for any weightlifting/powerlifting related injuries. From manual therapy treatments and form assessments to prescribing rehabilitation exercises to help prevent injuries from re-occurring, he has an abundance of knowledge at your disposal.

I had severely injured my shoulder that required surgery a few years ago. Working with James, he used a combination of corrective exercises and therapy to help restore the range of motion and strength that was lost in my shoulder. Not only has James helped me with my shoulder, but continues to help with any other injuries that may present itself.
