I have been working with the Lu Strength & Therapy team for a number of months now. I have had chronic shoulder and lower back pains for the past few years mainly due to my laborious lifestyle along with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The online program has helped me build the strength and confidence during my training and competition knowing that my body can handle the activities that I am going through.
