Strength & Clinical Director

MEET YOUR COACH:

James Lu is a strength and conditioning coach and manual therapist that works closely with active individuals athletes to help them reach their full potential.

This is all done through his unique combination of blending strength and conditioning and prehab (pre-rehabilitation) exercises together. He is a firm believer on proper technique and form and preaches that a well balanced exercise program is the key to success and longevity.
