It’s important to be in complete control of your body and to enjoy what it’s like to be at top performance and strength. Unfortunately, living with pain has become the norm for so many people, athletes and non-athletes alike. If you are tired of living this narrative and investing in solutions that do nothing for you, then the 1-on-1 Online Rehab Coaching is for you.
I built this program to do more than help you with pain and injuries. It’s a program targeted at strengthening your body, improving your movement pattern, and enhancing mobility in such a way that prevents the reoccurrence of pain and injury.
I’m here to rehabilitate your body and help you on your way to living your best life.
We begin by discovering your specific fitness goals, needs and/or possible limitations. This information is vital to the process and serves to help us understand how your body moves and what may be causing your pain. We will request specific movement/exercises (sent to us via email) to be recorded so that we can properly assess your movement patterns.
After step one we dive into step two which is creating your custom program and you starting the work. The custom program will include exercises and stretches that challenge elements of fitness like power, strength, balance, endurance and mobility. The exercises are strategically set throughout the program to allow us to pace the program accordingly.
There will be weekly check-ins in addition to accessibility to me to ensure the program is progressing as it should or to discover the need for modifications and address any drawbacks. These check-ins will also give us a better understanding on how to properly and safely progress you onto the next phase of your program along with addressing any weaknesses.

I’ve been working with James for over a year now. As a competitive athlete, it is very important to have somebody you trust program for you and keeping you healthy and pain free. Working closely with James, and implementing the rehab exercises he has given me, I haven’t had any issues or pain during any of my lifts. It is so great knowing that nothing is holding me back from progressing!
Working on my muscle imbalances used to be tricky as I did not know what exercises to do. The Online Rehab Program has given me a step by step rehab program (that was designed specifically for me) to follow and help correct my imbalances. This ultimately transfer over to helping me continue to perform at my highest level knowing that my body can handle the stress I put it through.
Being a full time Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner, it is inevitable not to sustain injuries along the journey.
